If your request is Crime Related, please note we cannot get involved unless you provide a Crime Number or Incident Number, you will be given this when you report a crime or incident. (Always ask for a Crime or incident number)

If you need immediate assistance, you must only phone 999   EMERGENCIES ONLY

When phoning the Police an Incident will be created, do please ask for the associated incident number, so you can keep a log for yourself.

If you still have problems and need our help, please let us know the incident number.

This makes it easier for the officer to check their systems and give you a faster response.
